Commencing with an LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Ese’s career has been rich and diverse. He worked as a Program Manager (Justice Development & Peace Commission) Brand Strategist (Headstart Consulting), Advertising Account Manager (DDB Lagos), Business Consultant (Onebox Solutions) and a Corporate/Intellectual Property Law Consultant (Law Allianz & Chocolate City Group)

His edge is in His ability to bring a diverse range of knowledge, skill and experience to bear on His clients’ strategic business goals. He is passionate about entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship and also has a passion for setting-up and organizing teams with diverse skill sets but common goals.
During the course of His career, Ese has consulted with various clients beginning in the Social Sector with DFID’s Access To Justice, Legal Aid Council, Partnership for Transforming Health Systems, USAID & the Civil Liberties Organization. In the private & public sectors He has provided business and brand consulting to clients such as MTN Nigeria, Diamond Bank, Diamond Mortgages, Fidelity Bank, Commerz Bank, Nexim Bank, Lotus Capital, Cordros Capital, Oasis Group, Adam Smith International, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) ETIWA Vocational Training, and Nigerian Institute of Building and Berkeley Financial.

Ese is a natural and experienced trainer. He has been involved in conducting research and facilitating training workshops on IP, Innovation & Entrepreneurship in conjunction with, The Ministry of Trade & Investment, World Intellectual Property Organization, Nigerian Copyrights Commission, The British Council, Creative Entrepreneurs Association of Nigeria, Film Production Fund, LBS School of Media & Communications, Project Nollywood Act, Anadach, Pfizer & the National Open University, among others.

He was a fellow at the Institute for Venture Design- a two-year venture creation and incubation fellowship- launched by FATE Foundation in collaboration with Stanford University’s Center for Design Research.

While at the IVD, Ese was part of a four man team that set up Integrated Building Technologies. IBT’s mission is to address the challenges of available and affordable Mass housing in Nigeria. The concept is to employ building materials and processes that integrates the design and manufacturing aspects of the construction process. The goal is to significantly reduce waste by reducing the men, materials, time and costs required for building- freeing up more resources for availability and affordability of mass housing.
